Soldiers and members of the Army community put themselves to the test during the Murph Challenge held at the Collier Community Fitness Center of United States Army Garrison Yongsan, June 13. The Challenge included a set number exercises, varying from cardiovascular (including a one-mile run) to muscle strength (push-ups, squats and pull-ups). The participants had to complete the sequence of exercises in the fastest time possible. Even with all the pain and strain, the individuals pushed their limits to enhance their own physical fitness, for that was what the Murph challenge asked out of the participants.
