USAG Yongsan Child Abuse Prevention Month Proclamation Ceremony 2015 took place at School Age Service Center, South Post Yongsan Garrison, April 3. Attendees include 5th grade singers, parents and ACS staffs. The signing of the proclamation by Maj. Gen. Puster and Garrison Commander Col. Eoff means to show public support for the prevention of child abuse. After the remarks by Maj. Gen. Puster and Col.
